New Lubbesthorpe - a connected community
Vectare are a local transport provider headquartered in Loughborough, Leicestershire. We work in partnership with GO Travel Solutions to deliver a network of bus services for the New Lubbesthorpe community in south Leicester, using funding from The Drummond Trust.
All single fares on NovusDirect and NovusFosse are capped at just £2 until December 2024 as part of the UK Government's "Help for Households" scheme.
NovusDirect - new, enhanced timetable from January 2024!
Our NovusDirect service offers a fast, frequent link from New Lubbesthorpe to Leicester City Centre, running up to every 30 minutes, seven days a week. Buses also serve Thorpe Astley, Braunstone Leisure Centre, Leicester Royal Infirmary and Leicester Train Station.
A great value range of fares are available with all day travel just £4.50 (£3.00 for Under-19s). Purchase season tickets here for use the myTrip app for even greater discounts.

From Monday 8th January 2024, NovusDirect is being significantly enhanced due to high passenger demand. Buses will operate up to every 20 minutes on weekdays, with three buses in use along the route instead of the current two, to provide increased frequency and capacity. There are no changes to the route.

NovusFosse - slightly revised timetable from January 2024
Our NovusFosse service offers a fast, frequent link from New Lubbesthorpe to Fosse Park, running up to every 30 minutes, seven days a week. Buses also serve Thorpe Astley, Meridian Business Park, Brockington College and the Next Headquarters.
